Having steered two thriving businesses and collaborated with countless massagepreneurs and small business owners, Julie keenly recognizes the educational gaps Massage Therapists face. The practical business knowledge often missing from the school curriculum can severely hinder their practice's potential.

Julie started
Written on the Body in 2010 with very little money, no side job, and zero understanding of how to run a business. She struggled and literally tried everything over the time that she owned her massage business. Like many of you, she learned almost everything the hard way and eventually learned how to do it right and found success!
The reason she is here with you now and no longer with her practice is because she saw a need in our massage community, she didn't want her colleagues to have to struggle like she did, and she found a real love for the business side of things. In 2017, she decided to focus her efforts on her new business "The Business of Massage" and to dedicate herself to learning everything she could to help Massage Therapists be successful with as much ease as possible .
